This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which ThetaREZ collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of The Cosmotic Mission, Cosmotic Blast and web site, thetarez.com (“ThetaREZ Services”) offered by ThetaREZ or any its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “ThetaREZ”) that posts a link to this Privacy Policy, regardless of how you access or use it.

The Cosmotic Mission – Privacy Policy

“What data The Cosmotic Mission is collecting or storing about the user?”

• We collect usage data with Unity and Oculus. This data is anonymous and controlled by the platform. Here is Oculus’s Privacy Policy if you wish to read it also here is Unity’s Privacy Policy for a good read.

“How ThetaREZ uses data collected by The Cosmotic Mission?”

• The usage data shows general information about the performance of the game. We really don’ know much about you but we love that you’re playing our game.

“How the user may request that The Cosmotic Mission user data be deleted?”

• ThetaREZ can’t decipher from your data or someone else’s.

Cosmotic Blast – Privacy Policy

“What data Cosmotic Blast is collecting or storing about the user?”

• We collect usage data with just Oculus. This data is anonymous and controlled by the platform. Here is Oculus’s Privacy Policy if you wish to read it.
• We also receive and use – User ID, User Profile, In-App Purchases and Friends from the Oculus and Steam platform for use on Achievements, Add-ons, Cloud storage, Leaderboards (Global and Friends) and to view the Users username.

“How ThetaREZ uses data Collected by Cosmotic Blast?”

• The usage data shows general information about the performance of the game. We really don’ know much about you with this data but we love that you’re playing our game.
• We use a typical three tab leaderboard with global and friend high score. One older versions there was some in-app purchasing. Cloud saving is enabled.

“How the user may request that Cosmotic Blast user data be deleted?”

• Since it’s controlled by the platform, here is Oculus’s Privacy Policy and here is Steam’s Privacy Policy.
• ThetaREZ can’t decipher from your usage data or someone else’s.

Web Site “thetarez.com” – Privacy Policy

“What data thetarez.com is collecting or storing about the user?”

• We use a generic WordPress site and google analytics, which uses Cache, Cookies and Local Storage. This is typical. Here is all about Google’s Privacy Policy.

“How ThetaREZ uses data collected by thetarez.com?”

• Analytics about site usage that’s provided by Google Analytics to, in theory, make awesome updates based on traffic. We are probably too busy for that though.

“How the user may request that thetarez.com user data be deleted?”

• ThetaREZ can’t decipher your personal data collected by thetarez.com so it can’t be deleted.

Changes to this privacy policy

ThetaREZ has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
